Duct Cleaning for Building Management
VentTec can come to your location, survey, and appraise your needs. We can quote on duct cleaning, and if the building is an apartment building, hotel, motel, or laundromat, we can also quote for dryer vent cleaning.
To clean the air ducts, we use special air-operated tools and brushes designed specifically for this purpose. We remove dust, dirt, and debris from your ducts. Additionally, we can provide solutions for better filtration, air treatment, and odor treatment.
VentTec inspects the air duct system before we start cleaning. If we find that the existing air duct systems have insufficient access points to enable effective duct cleaning, we can also install access doors throughout the system so you can be sure of a proper, thorough inspection and cleaning.
